This problem may arise due to a lot of reasons. one of them could be a problem from the side of your ISP. The problem could be from a fault on your end too. One of the most frequent reasons for this problem is that people tend to enter the wrong information Then prompted during the setup. This leads to wrong information being fed into the extender and hence the extender will not be able to connect to the router.

This will result in an Internet cut off. in order to avoid this problem always make sure that the information you enter during the prompt of the setup is accurate and does not contain any mistakes. If you enter any inaccurate information then the solution would be to reset the extender and reprogram it from the beginning.

Another reason for the Internet not working could be the extender being too far away from the router. always make sure that the extender is in an optimal position And always in a range of the router. Please note that the extender only released the network from the router and does not have any network of its own. A few minor bugs could also cause the problem and can be easily fixed if the router is reset to the factory settings.
